If you are not a shop owner and use staff member account make sure to have all the required permissions granted, otherwise you may receive the following error
Below are the recommended permissions granted by shop owner to a staff member account to have all the reports available.
In case not all the permissions are granted to staff member, these permissions have to be unchecked while connecting the app, for example "Read Customers" should be unchecked if staff member was not granted access to Customers permission.
